Almost Paradise! The Central Coast of California really IS almost perfect! I never tire of the beautiful vistas as I drive Highway 101 showing property. We have vineyards, rolling hills, blue sky and longhorn cattle! And weather wise, there is enough climate change here to keep the place interesting without ever having to experience the long bouts of freezing weather, snow, rain, or even extended high heat for too long. This area also has very little humidity. The public schools here are amazing with wonderful teachers who care and plenty of parent involvement, and we have both a wonderful community college as well as Cal Poly in the south part of the county.
I can't think I've ever been to a nicer place to raise a family or retire. This is a community of caring individuals. And you will find that you can smile and nod at your neighbor as you walk down the street your first day here. The best of everything is right here!
