My Background
I am a native of Southern California, the San Fernando Valley more specifically. I attended UCLA for a couple of years and decided I was tired of crowds. After working in downtown LA for an insurance company I transferred to a small private school in Rhode Island! Huge culture change, but sooo much fun!
Once married, my husband and I wanted to raise our children in a rural community, so we lived for over 20 years in the Pacific Northwest in communities around Portland, Oregon.
But we missed California! So the Central Coast seemed the perfect place to resettle, become Californians again, and reestablish our roots.
I love what I do. When I work with buyers, I am on a "treasure hunt" with them for just the right property....no matter how long it takes. And when helping sellers, whatever the reason for the sale, I make sure that all their goals are met.
People are often hesitant to talk with real estate agents. I believe they are afraid of getting "trapped" with someone they don't want to work with. I work differently. I understand your fears and am here to be a guide and a friend in working through your sale or purchase.
